• An order is confirmed once you receive an order number on our website. We may call you to verify it before preparing.
• We may decline or cancel an order if items are unavailable, details are incomplete, or the order appears fraudulent.
• Please check your order, delivery address and phone number carefully before placing it.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The total, including the delivery fee, is shown before you place your order. Prices are confirmed by our system when the order is placed.
• Payment is by Cash on Delivery or Pay at Counter, and by card or wallet through our banking partner's secure payment page when that option is shown at checkout.
• We may update menu items and prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles ingredients including sesame (in hummus), wheat (in breads and buns), dairy and other common allergens. If you have an allergy, please call us before ordering. Photos on the website are for presentation and the actual dish may vary slightly.

Please do not misuse the website, place false orders, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Website content, including our logo, photos and text, belongs to Takumi Roast and may not be copied without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
