Privacy Policy

• Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, area, delivery instructions and the items you order.
• Contact messages: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form.
• Website usage: anonymous visit statistics (such as pages viewed and device type) collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you personally.
• Your cart and delivery preferences are saved only in your own browser so they are still there when you return.

When online payment is available, card and wallet payments are processed on the secure payment page of our banking partner, Bank Alfalah. We never see or store your full card number, PIN or CVV. We only receive confirmation of whether the payment succeeded.

• to prepare and deliver your order and confirm it with you by phone;
• to show your order status when you verify with your phone number;
• to reply to your questions, feedback and catering requests;
• to improve our menu and website.

We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the website and your order: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our database provider (Supabase), our payment partner (Bank Alfalah) for online payments, and our riders, who receive only the details needed to deliver your order. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with access restricted to our staff. Order records are kept for our accounting and tax obligations and then deleted.
