Delivery Policy

We deliver to the areas listed at checkout. If your area is not listed, choose “Other” and we will call to confirm whether we can reach you before preparing your order.

• A flat delivery fee of Rs. 100 applies to every delivery order and is shown before you place your order.
• Pickup orders have no delivery fee.

• Delivery usually takes 35 – 45 minutes; pickup orders are usually ready in 15 – 20 minutes.
• These are estimates. Busy hours, weather and traffic can cause delays, and we will call you if your order is running noticeably late.
• You can follow your order live from the Track Order page using your order number.

• Please give a complete address and a phone number you can answer; our rider may call when nearby.
• For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
• If we cannot reach you at the address after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the branch and cannot be refunded.
• Please check your order when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is missing.

Collect pickup orders from Shop No. 19, Ground Floor, Usman Center, Plot No. 4, D-12 Markaz, Islamabad. Please quote your order number at the counter.
